Eligibility
For individual participants (tourists and collectors): Participants must be at least 13 years old. Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
For businesses and commercial partners: Participants must be 18 years or older and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of their business.
By making a purchase or participating in the Quest, you represent that you meet the above eligibility requirements. We encourage families to enjoy the Global Postcard Quest together.
Use of Services
You agree to use the postcards, AR experiences, and related materials only for their intended purpose.
All participation tiers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual Property All artwork, designs, AR content, and materials on this site are owned by Global Postcard Quest / Cloud Westhaven LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without written permission.
Payments All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
